Hey, there.
I see you are using an old version of Internet Explorer. This site will probably not look correct in your browser. Please update to the latest version. It's free and you can download it directly from Microsoft. If you are on a network-pc and are unable to download new software, for example at work, talk with your IT-administrator.
You could also try one of the other popular browsers, like Firefox, Chrome, Safari or Opera. They're all very good.

Skitronic is a machine created for measuring all geometrical aspects of a ski, such as width, length, curvature, radii, span, side cut, etc, using pneumatics, electronics and mechanics. The entire process is automated and user-operated by a controller. After placing the ski on the machine, the ski is held in place by suction cups while the measuring sled works. To counter the effect of gravity on the ski, the whole machine is first rotated to a 90° position for precise measuring. The project was a group effort.

A prototype for an iPhone application aimed at house buyers. The application uses the iPhones GPS-abilities and internet connection to locate houses in the vicinty of the buyer. The buyer can then make a detailed viewing list, based on date and location, on which houses to visit. Information is downloaded, giving the buyer contact information to the seller. Notes and pictures can be taken to aid the buyer in making a decision. The project was a group effort.

Microplast, a plastic injection-moulding company, wanted a redesign of their handheld water-saving shower. My product uses a simple shape and updated materials to appeal to new buyers. The handle incorporates a new solution of their existing water-saving unit, and the spouts are hidden in the surface of the handle itself. A lot of attention was payed towards the production of the unit, using injection moulding.

Inspired by the thin woodwork in modern architecture I wanted to create a chair with traditional methods, but with a personality and modern style. The chair is only held together by traditional bonding, and no nails or screws were used. All wooden pieces are straight, and the curved seating is a result of an almost invisble tapering of the crossbeams. A lot of effort was put on the finishing of the product, showing off the qualities of solid oak.

An exercise in materials, the entire product had to be created from one single piece of sheet metal. I divided the product into two identical shapes with different heights, thereby differentiating the use. This shape also gave birth to a highly modular system. Aesthetically, it was also important to lift the recycle bin from the floor and turn it into a sculptural object.

Assignement for the course "Form & Color II". The assignment was to design a new form with base in the existing product.I emphasized the usability for all ages and hand-sizes, and also incorporated a smart safety-button without adding additional, misplaced features or buttons. Easy acces to, and replacement of, the shearers and battery were also important features of my final design.

Designed to fit inside the Cardboard House the Institute was working on, the lamp is both decorative and eco-friendly. It is made up of 30 identical paper pieces fitted together to five tetrahedra. These are then intertwined to give the final shape, which is know as a compound of five tetrahedra or a stellation of the regular icosahedron (20-sided polyhedra). Finally, I crafted a socket holder and placed a light inside - yielding the beautiful and distinct lighting of the fold and cracks of the origami-shape.

The last version of my homepage was dismissed as of christmas 2010. The overall theme and styling of the page were kept, but the structure was not. Built around the five "pillars" of the front page, the whole site ended up not fitting in this context with several unnecessary pages, and some unused. It eventually became clear that the design-portfolio was the only page of interest, and the remake focused heavily on this. Also, the page had some usability issues. Many elements, such as the footer, were, however, very well thought out, and were kept in the transition to the new page.
